Constructing a new building within an existing complex of historical structures and memorials is no small task. It requires thorough planning and site evaluation. Which is why the State of Iowa called upon The Hansen Company, Inc. to partner with Christman Company in providing Construction Management services for the new State Judicial Building.

Project plans call for a 4-story building with underground parking that features a full height rotunda atrium and long life exterior materials including a limestone skin and copper roof.
