Valley High School

The Hansen Company completed 5 separate general bid package contracts over a 3 year period for this multi- phased $30 million renovation and addition project. The first project was a 75,000 sf classroom addition which included the creation of new student and field house commons areas and renovation to many existing spaces. Hansen’s scope included the footings, slab on grade and deck, millwork, doors and hardware, site concrete and landscaping packages. Other contracts covered work for remodeling the gymnasium flooring and seating, kitchen and air conditioning improvements and the reconstruction of the exterior façade after a one story classroom wing was demolished. All contracts totaled approximately $5.4 million. This project was completed while the building was occupied by students and faculty.
