In Pella, Iowa, the need for a multi-functional development was significant. Molengracht Development Partners chose the best way to meet this need by connecting with The Hansen Company, Inc.

This mixed use development features an open plaza and authentic Dutch architecture, including a canal. The complex consists of five buildings and will feature a mix of commercial and office space, restaurant, shopping and condominiums. One of the five buildings will be a 40 room hotel, and another will be a three-screen movie theater.
