The Terrus Real Estate Group needed a partner to manage renovation of four floors of mixed commercial space. And they wanted it done without disturbing the daily lunch and skywalk crowd. They called The Hansen Company, Inc.

This project involved approximately 19,000 square feet of tenant improvements for the new Greater Des Moines Partnership offices, and the comprehensive renovation of the four-story, 38,342 square foot atrium and common corridor spaces without slowing or stopping any operation or business. Hansen provided significant preconstruction services to bring the design within budget with minimal impact to the original design..
