Like most businesses, EMC Insurance Companies in Des Moines could not close its doors while engaging in several renovation projects. Because they chose to not have their flow of work interrupted, EMC turned to The Hansen Company, Inc.

Over a period of six years, we completed ten different projects in three separate buildings - all without our customer having to significantly alter the flow of work of over 500 employees.

Projects ranged from refurnishing elegantly appointed executive office spaces to a more industrially oriented cooling tower. This span of projects has involved partnering with various architect/designers and customer representatives.
