ITS Willomere
This project included the renovation
of a Class A office space and the addition of a data room
structure within the existing building designed to withstand
Category Three tornadoes with wind speeds in excess of
200 mph. The building program consisted of a 3,500 square
foot data center, 2,500 square foot technical service space,
30,000 square feet of open office space, and 20,000 square
feet of private office space which included a new executive
suite. The scope included state of the art communications,
mechanical, and electrical systems. The building was occupied
by 150 ITS employees throughout construction and Hansen
developed a three phase project schedule to allow ITS to
continue with business as usual operations.
