This landmark hotel was in need of a complete restoration -- inside and out. In the end, 40 individually themed and finished guest rooms, a basement bowling alley, spa area and restaurant were completely restored, including a total overhaul of the mechanical and electrical systems. We even restored the exterior brick work, refurbished the terra cotta on the building front and made road improvements.
