The 160,000 square feet facility consists of a structural steel frame with load-bearing masonry walls and a face-brick veneer.

Along with the Toys R Us and Kids R Us anchor stores, the Hansen Company constructed the shell of the three other multi-tenant buildings. Additionally, Hansen finished out 13 of the tenant spaces and the leasing office.
