zoning, permitting finalization.
PROJECT CONSTRUCTION
Prepare construction and installation drawings and final specifications
in preparation for implementation and contract administration.
Construct the facility.
FACILITY MANAGEMENT
Ongoing facility support to ensure the Project maintains its intended
level of effectiveness.
