Hansen Design Studio is pleased to have been the designer and developer for the Soho Development and Soho Lofts identity and website.

Soho Development was named after the trendy Soho District of New York City. In order to visually represent this concept, the skyline of NYC was used in the identity of Soho Development and images of revitalized buildings in Downtown Des Moines were incorporated into the website to capture the look and feel of the Soho District in New York City. To further enhance the feel of a modern lifestyle, san-serif typefaces were integrated into the identity and website.
