The Waterstreet Brownstones/Vine Street Lofts in Downtown Des Moines are set to be completed and occupied by September of this year. Building C at 118 Waterstreet was completed and tenants started to move in during the first week of July. Building B at 100 Waterstreet is set to be completed by the end of August. The Vine Street Lofts, Building A, will be completed and occupied by September. Superintendent Chris Halstead is pleased with the progress and quality of this project, "The progress since the rebuild began has been excellent. The subcontractors have been cooperative and we are all looking forward to seeing it completed."
