The Hansen Company, Inc. has developed a safety incentive program designed to motivate employees to think about and practice safe work habits.  The Hansen Company believes in rewarding the employees for safe work habits and recognizing the goals they have achieved in the presence of their peers.  Hansen’s approach to developing a good safety program is to have management and field personnel working together to achieve a safe working environment.
