About the project
Big City Burgers was a new concept for the downtown workforce and residential population in Des Moines. The project involved the remodeling and converting of former retail space into a restaurant use at the Capital Square office complex. Big City Burgers created a modern, stylized restaurant with several new concepts. An updated kitchen and bar, along with indoor seating and outdoor patio spaces helped to turn this exciting new venue into one of Des Moines’ favorite local eateries.
