About the project
When the Jersey Mike’s Subs corporate team made the decision to expand its 1,200 locations across the United States, it identified Des Moines as a market which would be successful. As part of the build out we installed new ceiling tile, lighting, flooring, wainscot and many Jersey Mike decor items including surfboards, murals, custom millwork, menu boards and flat screen TV’s. Behind the counter and in the kitchen we were responsible for installing a grill, oven, hood, walk-in freezer, grease interceptor and a host of other items to deliver hot and tasty subs.
