Joe’s Square will be located along Beaver Avenue in the heart of Beaverdale.  This 23,000 square foot two level building incorporates a traditional design which fits in with the surrounding architecture of the neighborhood.  The façade is a mix of brick, aluminum storefront system, and nichiha panels that will mimic the look of stone.  The first level is reserved for retail businesses and a restaurant/bar and the second level is for residential living.  The spacious apartment lobby will be tastefully finished and house the elevator to the dwellings above.  An outdoor patio seating for both the restaurant and bar will add to the feeling of the community for all visitors.
