About the project
Joe’s Square is located in the charming and well-established Beaverdale neighborhood in the heart of Des Moines. This two story, mixed use building incorporates a traditional design which fits in with the surrounding architecture and context of the neighborhood. The façade is a mix of brick, aluminum storefront system and Nichiha stone panels. The first level includes retail, a restaurant/bar while the second level is for residential living. A spacious outdoor patio provides an active, energized street scene for patrons to mix, mingle and have fun.
