2022 Master Builder of Iowa Award

We were thrilled for the Master Builders of Iowa to announce the Graceland University Morden Center renovation project as the recipient of the state-wide 2022 Masters Award. This one-of-a-kind structure has served as the Center of the Universe at Graceland University for over 50 years so it was truly an honor to partner with Graceland University, Shive Hattery, and countless subcontractors to restore this unique facility to its former glory. The Morden Center renovation was a shining example of teamwork, trust, and collaboration.
