Chase Bank Ankeny Ribbon Cutting

Chase Bank cut the ribbon on its first-of-its-kind facility for Iowa. We are proud to have delivered this environmentally-friendly branch utilizing prefabricated and modular components, substantially expediting the construction schedule. The modular wall system streamlined the construction schedule using pre-assembled wall panels with exterior sheathing already applied and the door/storefront openings built in. The prefabrication also included all interior walls, exterior walls, shear walls, bulkheads, soffits, and parapet walls. The building’s wall framing was completed in three days, which would have taken traditional on-site construction weeks to complete.
