About the project
The remodel of Bankers Trust’s Windsor Heights location was no easy project as the bank stayed open during remodeling which required us to move the bank’s main entrance and maintain accessible, safe operations during construction for bank customers and employees alike. Through the installation of new walls and acoustical ceilings, ceramic floor tile, doors and sidelights, trim, paneling and intricate stone and millwork pieces; we maintained constant and open lines of communication with the bank. We also removed and replaced portions of the parking lot as well as tying in the existing under-slab ductwork system and extending branch lines. All in all, it was a challenging project but the outcome was extremely beneficial to the bank and its customers.
