About the project
Cognizant grew rapidly in the Des Moines market and they were eager to expand into a new space. The scope of work included a complete gut and remodel of two floors of the Ruan building with a build back of new offices, a training center, data rooms, call centers, break rooms, conference rooms and reception areas as well as updated elevator lobbies and restroom finishes.
