About the project
The Gateway Hotel is a landmark hotel at Iowa State University but it needed a facelift. We replaced the flooring, lighting, check in desk and the walkway over the interior pond. After remodeling the lobby of the Gateway Hotel and Conference Center, we remodeled the conference center to create two high tech audio-visual rooms for employee training and guest meetings.
