About the project
When Karl Chevrolet purchased a dealership in Stuart, Iowa, they wanted to turn the existing facility into a sales and maintenance complex. The project increased the existing sales floor to hold an expanded vehicle inventory. The new shop housed a collision center, full-vehicle service center, quick lube, retail and dealer parts distribution. Also on the site is a three-bay car and truck wash available not only to the dealership, but also to the general public.
