About the project
This commercial office building developed by The Dana Company was constructed of structural steel and metal decking with brick facade and a striking blue glass exterior. Construction was delivered through a negotiated, Design-Build process which allowed our team to partner with the design team and the owner during design to add maximum value to the process.
