About the project
The Village offers independent living, assisted living, long-term healthcare via skilled nursing and memory care options on its campus. Needless to say it’s a large complex with a variety of care options, services and needs so remodeling a part of it while it remained open needed to be done thoughtfully and carefully.
The remodel was more than cosmetic to so taking precautions for resident safety, infection control and effective communication was our first priority. New walls, millwork, paneling, granite countertops, flooring, wall tile, acoustical ceilings, electrical, mechanical and fire suppression systems were all part of our scope for this project. In addition to that we replaced the front entry with a new storefront as well as adding a beautiful custom wood trellis ceiling. The “Before and After’s” were dramatic and the residents were thrilled with the improvements.
