About the project
On July 19, 2018; Marshalltown, Iowa was in the direct path of an EF-3 tornado. Buildings were destroyed, property was damaged and businesses were shuttered. The local Wells Fargo branch that sat directly on the town square across the street from the historic county courthouse needed to be replaced. A brand new 3,500 SF facility was built in its place following demolition on a busy corner and tight site. The community has rallied around those businesses that have chosen to stay downtown and we celebrate the success and perseverance of Wells Fargo, the town and its residents.
