About the project
Wesco is a distributor of industrial products and a provider of business-to-business advanced supply chain management and logistics services. After Wesco bought out Anixter in 2020, the company grew significantly, surpassing over 18,000 employees and moving over 1.5 million products around the world.
Following the buy-out of Anixter, Wesco undertook a series of transformative upgrades to enhance its infrastructure and supply chain performance. The improvements included a training room for new employees, a remodel of the existing office space tailored for sales associates and procurement specialists, and a revamp of the warehouse with the addition of new unit heaters, LED lighting, and modern plumbing fixtures. With thorough communication and project management, we successfully aligned with Wesco’s vision, delivering the desired outcome while matching the timeline for each variable of the project.
