About the project
After completing a renovation to WesleyLife’s “The Village” in Indianola, we were very excited to not only build another project for WesleyLife, but build a relationship as well. The Hearthstone addition in Pella, Iowa consists of two 15,000 sf buildings located at the existing WesleyLife “The Cottages” campus. Our first and foremost focus was on resident and staff safety as The Cottages remained open and operational during construction. Constant communication was made to ensure that all residents, staff, and guests were safe. The addition consisted of 36 total residential units and common areas that included dining, laundry, kitchen, and a patio that connects the two buildings.
