About the project
This Chase Bank Retail Center project was challenging as it was carved out of an existing parking lot within a high-traffic retail destination, including a Trader Joe’s and TJ Maxx, among many other shops and restaurants. Safety, staging, way-finding, deliveries, and access were significant challenges that we successfully managed. As the project advanced to completion, we were proud of our impeccable safety record, speed of construction, quality, and the relationship we maintained with Chase Bank, CBRE, and the design team.
