About the project
Chase Bank’s three-story retail banking center is situated on a well-traveled corner of Des Moines. It’s an excellent location for a bank but challenging for a construction project. Pinned in on two sides by majorthoroughfares into downtown Des Moines and surrounded by property not owned or controlled by Chase, we needed to prioritize safety, delivery schedules, staging, and construction activity. Through effective communication and organization, we have successfully managed the project and the relationship with Chase Bank, CBRE, and the design team.
