DHI, a company specializing in AI resources for businesses, expanded its operations into a new 25,000 square feet office space on the second floor of a speculative office building. The expansion is driven by rapid business growth, necessitating additional space for employees, teams, and advanced technology infrastructure. Renovations enhanced facilities, created collaborative workspaces, and catered to evolving client engagement needs. The Hansen Company served as the Construction Manager on the project and coordinated the renovation project’s intricacies, allowing DHI to focus on core business activities while ensuring a professionally managed expansion.
