About the project
The Staybridge Suites Hotel was part of a development that consisted of an entire city block in the bustling Historic East Village of Des Moines. The hotel was positioned to be an instant draw for visitors and events. A five-story structural steel and precast building; it has multiple “skins” including limestone, metal panels, and brick veneer. The Staybridge Suites Hotel consists of 111 guest rooms, a separate parking structure, an exterior courtyard, an inviting fireplace, pool, spa, and fitness facility among other amenities.
