About the project
This urban housing development in downtown Des Moines is composed of two, 4-story, brownstone buildings which include 34 owner-occupied townhouses and loft-style units (Waterstreet Brownstones) and a 5-story, 109-unit apartment building (Vine Street Lofts). The two developments share a 50,000 SF, 143-stall underground parking garage. The interiors feature high ceilings, oversized windows, open floor plans, state-of-the-art kitchens, and generous closet space. Exterior construction includes a combination of stucco and brick with ornamental, galvanized cornices, and balconies.
